I applied through university. I interviewed at Capgemini in Sept 2014
Interview
The aptitude test was online. It had negative marking. Speed is imp here. Prepare well for it.
Those who clear test must sit for the GD. GD topics are v. simple.Speak sense ...quality versus quantity and you should make it through this round unless of course, you are towards the end where they have reached the no of ppl whom they wish to shortlist for the next round. Then it is on luck..
For interview focus is on communication skills..tech questions on projs..again, if u are towards the end as some of my friends were..then do not expect to be selected as your interview will not be taken in a serious manner..they will not be bothered as panelists being tired will shortlist from earlier students..
Interview questions [1]

The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
