I applied through naukri. It was pretty much straight forward process. First technical interview on elevator. After 1 day my HR called me for salary discussion. After 3 days i received documents mail. Then after 35 days i received amcat (english-25question-25min and writex-mail writing-1 question-15min) then after 6-7 days i received offer letter.
It was little time taking process but overall experience is good.
