The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Chennai) in Jan 2011
Interview
I was employed at Capgemini through on-campus drive. The problem with hiring was that I employed at Capgemini 1 and half year I received Letter of Intent. And once hired, we arent given an option of selecting between Development/Testing/Maintenance. So we have to make sure to email the HRs in advance on what we are looking for from Capgemini.
