Complete process took about two weeks - Initial screening call, call with recruiter, followed by a Computer Based Online Recruitment Test (AMCAT) and finally call with hiring manager. Overall process is very organized.

Most of the questions were technical in nature, mostly related to the tools and technologies used by me in the previous project and the process knowledge I had.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.
