The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (New Delhi) in Sept 2020
Interview
1.Pseudo code
2.English communication
3.Game based aptitude
4.Behavioural test(not elimination round)
5.Technical Interview
6.HR
First four rounds were conducted in Cocubes platform. And each round was elimination round expect the 'behavioural test'. In pseudo code there were 24 minutes for 24 questions. English comprehension was the toughest.Don't know why it was so difficult. It was clearly mentioned who have cleared the first 4 rounds will get a interview call. But that didn't happen. They shortlisted from those students also. Don't know in what basis they did that. Don't have so much hope. Prepare yourself and look out for other companies who will value your talents.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.
