I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune)
Interview
Generally two rounds but it may vary.
They want mediocre guys because they never pay good so If you are intelligent person and want a decent salary then please don,t waste your time with capgemini..
Initially They will say yes to the hike percent you want and after the interview they will say that they can't pay you with what you asked .
And salary negotiation will start from their side after you have wasted much time of yours in interview process.
In my case they asked for many documents which took much time to gather and then they said me that they can't pay even average market salary.
And they won't tell your feedback just after the interview because they will search for cheapest guys and will get back to them only as they don't care for quality.
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
