Simple and Detailed, Transparent. Got a call from the HR - shared the job details / primary telephonic discussion - post which she arranged the interview and shared the details on mail. There was no hassle in finding the interview place or SPOC at the venue location. All were friendly.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
