I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Aug 2018
Interview
Very weak interview process.
It was F2F interview for all candidates who were to join immediately. On average only 2 interviewees were present. The Candidates count was around 40-50. No first come, first serve was maintained. The interview seemed naive, rather than concepts and approaches, importance was given to textbook definitions.
It was a very chaotic experience.
Tip: In case if you're attending the interview, mug up the definitions, Get Hired immediately.
