Very smooth, basic CV go through.
Two senior managers and had gone through my resume in deep.
Do not fake anything, they ask on every word you have written. I was asked even about my school subjects and performance of their company in last 2 years.
Phone call with HR to schedule interview
One interview that combined HR and technical interview.
Basic python questions and live coding.
Basic SQL questions and live coding.
Response after one week.
Process was well organised
The interview was conducted online using the HireVue platform. It started with several questions about the candidate's background. Later, the process focused on complex business scenarios and essential soft skills assessments.
It was typical interview. Nothing too hard. Both a technical and behavioral interview was conducted. They asked things like why do you want to work at capgemini. I did not receive any offer.
