Interview
It was November 2008 when Capgemini came to our college for campus recruitment.
At first they have gave an aptitude test after which they put up a list of short listed candidates for Group discussion. When the Group discussion round was over, they have put up one more shortlist after which the Interview has taken place. and the Final results were put up on Notice board after a day.

What do you want to see after 5 ,10,15 years in industry ? when i had no idea of what role and what domain i would be in and had no idea about growth in the company ?
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

Explain your articleship experience and the financial reporting responsibilities you handled.
2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
