I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Sept 2013
Interview
Started with an online aptitude test which was on the difficult side mostly because of the time limit. Three sections-verbal,quants,logic. It was followed by Group Discussion, the topic for which was social media-boon or bane. Out of the 14 people in the group 4 were selected. Final round was the interview round which involved a mix of technical and HR questions. Also the GD topic was again brought into the discussion during the interview by interviewer.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
