Initial screening round happened at the beginning where basic qualifications were asked along with the discussion of salary expectation and notice period. Next two rounds were technical based where problem solving questions, scenario based and case studies were asked. Last round was managerial where focus areas were problem solving approach, handling deadlines, leadership potential and past project discussions.

3 stages. Cv application. Video interview anssesing your fit within the companh, what intrigues and your transferable skills . Then assessment centre which was the final stage which had a group task to see how you work in a team to tackle problems.
