I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderābād) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. The recruiter clearly explained the stages and kept me updated throughout. The initial HR screening was friendly, followed by a technical round and a final discussion with the hiring manager. The interviewers were professional, asked thoughtful questions, and gave me enough time to explain my answers. Overall, it was a respectful and transparent process. Even though the process was moderately challenging, it felt fair. I appreciate the prompt communication and clarity at each step.
