I got refereed by an employee and it took around 15days to get an offer from HR. 2 telephonic technical interviews and 1 HR interview to negotiate salary.
1) First round was taken by technical team.
2) Second round taken by manager.
3) Final round by HR.

-MRO (Method resolution order)
