Interview
I had two interviews: one with business manager and the other one with technical unit manager. They test your soft and technical skills in professional way.
After interview they call you when there is an opportunity to a costumer and they hire you only if you get the job,
1. HR Interview on my skills, describe my previous experiences (projects and internships) and my future planning for my career development.
2. HR Sent me a file to fill with questions in order to quantify skills level.
3. Business Manager Interview. Part in English and French. Question about thee file filled before. Just to answer to the same question in the same way. The Manager explains the company work flow and their costumers
4.Software Engineer Manager Interview. Same questions about skills in order to check if you are answering in the same way to same questions. Then questions on C++ Matlab, Git, SQL, Computational Geometry. Some questions in French. Others in English.
