Kindly ignore some hr names mentioned in the post they have written same thing what i have faced . Worst Interview process ever in my life . only less expectation matters . If you are a hard worker and money oriented thn don't go there . They don't release offer letter and play with you . Il processo è lungo e tedioso tipico di una grossa azienda, Due inutili incontri con il loro hr prima di passare ad un colloquio tecnico interessante e con persone disponibili e preparate.
First interview was with HR representative which evaluated if I was a good fit for a company. We talked about detail regarding my current situation, salary expectation, etc.
Second technical interview was with one of the engineers. We talked about my experience regarding embedded software and development.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2024
Interview
Had an hour log interview process - 45 minutes Technical round and 15 minutes behavioral questions. Technical questions were related to Classic AUTOSAR like OS configuration, RTE, MCAL, and Embedded C.
