It took one week to receive the first round interview. Easy talk and general question about myself. The atmosphere was really relaxed. However I didn't get the invitation for the second interview

Interview
[Role:] Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager.
[Stages:] Four rounds in the interview process, standard for marketing roles in tech companies:
1x Phonescreen with recruiter (major kudos to her!)
1x Deep dive into background and experiences with hiring manager
1x Skills assessment + presentation + q&a with a panel of three people (one of the panelists was the hiring manager)
1x Fit and goals with senior leadership.
[Results:] Made it to the final round and overall had an exceptional interview experience. All the interviewers were professional yet also very personable. Sadly, did not receive an offer as the team selected another candidate based on the skills assessment stage. Despite the results, it was such a positive interview experience and thanks to the recruiter, actually one of the most valuable interview experiences I’ve ever had in my long-time career.
[Highlight:] Every step of the way, she ensured a smooth process, timely communication, and provided real feedback and insight on my candidacy that I’m now able to learn from and apply even beyond this individual role and experience. During a time when the market is in the employer’s favor and recruiters are dealing with high volume of applicants, there was still such high quality of attention and care to my application and candidate experience. This is the recruiting experience I wish everyone could always have: being able to walk away with a valuable, positive interview process no matter the outcome, even rejection.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Canva (London, England)
Interview
I had a couple of interviews: one with HR, one with a team member and one with the hiring manager. After that, I also had to present a case study (with some hypothetical prompts and questions to start with) with a panel of interviewers and answer questions.
