A quick informal chat with a recruiter in their office. Really friendly recruiter with a lot of energy and passion for the role. I was then given a challenge, which I was given a week to complete.

Interview
They lacked clarity throughout the entire process. It was extremely long, with disconnected steps, and the feedback had nothing to do with the job description. The panel didn’t seem to know what they were looking for and kept adding new steps along the way, apparently just so the next interviewer could reject the candidate. Overall, the hiring panel came across as quite junior and uninspiring.
