Interview
Takes less than 30 mins. It's a panel interview with the Reception supervisor, the HR manager, and the Director of Finance. They were very pleasant and they make you at ease so you don't get really nervous, just take your time to think through your answers and they like it if they see that you have a slight sense of humour as opposed to being so prim and proper.

What if you have a phone ringing, a nurse call phone alarming, a manager wanting to speak with you, a resident asking for help, a contractor asking something and a guest all in front of the desk and all vying for your attention at the very same time. Who will you attend to first? Number them from 1 being the first and 6 being the last. Explain why.
