Started out with answering some basic yet strange questions such as what you achieved in High School. For a role looking for someone with 15+ years of experience does High School performance even matter? Who even remembers? Then request to write a long paper answering a bunch of questions related to job and industry, seemed unusual but fair and in some ways better because it's easier to express your ideas when you have time to think through them and put them all down. Then came the psychometric assessment which is kind of like an IQ test, Got mostly a mix of above, average, and below average on 1, soon after I got a rejection. The test itself can be tricky and it's timed so if you don't grasp it quickly you fail. If it all boils down to this, why don't they do this test first to weed out people? very strange.
