They provided a list of long questions. When I asked them a few questions, they did not respond. Thus, I decided to not proceed with the process. Look like, the company culture is not transparent, not a good place to work at.

Very long, hiring manager isn't your boss, went back to high school and covered entire employment history. Took personality test. Went deeper than my resume. Took 4 months to hear back
