Interview
The hiring process is extremely long (it takes months).
It looks like this:
-Initial application review
-A written interview
-Standardised aptitude tests (Thomas international GIA)
-3 Technical interviews
-Personality test (Thomas international PPA)
-Interview with a Talent scientists (HR), only at this stage they explain whether they may hire you directly or as a contractor.
-A panel interview where you have to deliver a presentation
-Interview with the VP of marketing

How do you measure the ROI of marketing activities?
Candidates are expected to do a series of written tasks, standardised aptitude tests , technical assessments and interviews with potential teammates before speaking to a HR and hiring manager. I would advice anyone to write an email to the hiring lead if you have any important questions about the role at the beginning.
