I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Canon U.S.A. (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2010
Interview
1. Contacted by recruiter, went over past work history, set up time for phone interview.
2. Phone interview where we went over past work, then contacted a few days later for a face to face date and time.
3. The face to face interview was at their offices, friendly, clean, quit.
There were 3 people in the interview room besides me.
Dress was business casual.
Questions were about past work, customer care, trouble shooting ability, general questions about how to handle hard to please customers.
Emailed by Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist at 12:37 am using my diminutive first name, with a useless PDF, that I should review before a phone interview at 4:30pm. PDF explained less than the job description. I cancelled interview due to inappropriate email time, and misused of my name. Unprofessional.
