Two stage interview, 1st stage via Video with hiring manager, asking about why applied this role and what can bring to the table. 2nd stage in person inverterview with HR as well as Hiring manager, asking some baviour questions and business knowledge, which need to have some presentaion slides.

What's the biggest challenge you faced in your pervious experiences.

Interview
It was 2 stages with enough detail from HR on the layout and how things would progress .
The recruiting manager and lead BA conducted the first interview and the IT director took the second interview
After describing the landscape and the future of things programme wise the questions were focused around how my skills were relevant to the task at hand

Agile experience and previous experience relating to BA work
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Canon in Jun 2021
Interview
The process was prompt and HR involved every step of the way. Had total 3 rounds of interviews, actually it was only 2 rounds but due to internal reconstruction of dept, I had to go through the 3rd interview with another HOD. The questions were straight forward and asked details about your background, experience and relevant experience with you and the role.
All 3 interviews were done within 2weeks and got offer a week later. their offer package is too low from the market rate and no other allowance.
