Interview
1) An application, as part of which I wrote a cover letter.
2) Received an invitation for an interview to their office.
3) In their email, they said the interview would be behavioural questions, but there was also a 20-min test at the start of the interview.

Mostly behavioural type questions with "Tell me about a time when.."
One question I felt was emphasized was "How do you deal with conflict?"
