I sent my resume via LinkedIn.
Received an email to schedule a Zoom interview. After the interview, I received another email stating that they would not move forward with my application.
At the Zoom interview, I didn't feel so comfortable. I felt like the recruiter had no patience, and she even rolled her eyes at something I answered about. I tried to stay as professional as I could while we talked, but it was very clear to me she didn't connect with me

From my very first conversations, I knew there was something special about Candex. I had the pleasure of interviewing with the Head of HR Israel, the CPO, and the CR&DO, and each of them was incredibly kind, supportive, and inspiring. Their openness, passion, and genuine care for people made me feel that Candex is exactly the kind of company I want to be part of.
