I interviewed for a director-level position, and it was a very easy decision for me to accept the offer. The interview process took about 3 weeks and involved a recruiter phone screen, meeting the hiring manager, and a virtual panel (four 30 min 1:1s). The recruiter provided context and support at each step -- I felt like they wanted me to do my best and be sure that the role would be a good fit.
CRI has been under new executive leadership since last fall, so I appreciated that my panel included both vets and newcomers. Each panelist assessed a core competency outlined in the job description but was very personable and engaging. I'm very excited to join the team and help build upon the longstanding legacy of CRI in creative and innovative ways.
