There is no end to the red flags, and I feel stupid for having interviewed at all and accepted the job.
All of their jobs offers are titled "independent contractor" or "manager" of some kind so they can avoid paying out overtime.
The entire interview is meant to sell this company to people, which I assume is the reason they have success in hiring many undereducated people and many newcomers, or anyone desperate for fast work as an employee of charming talking heads that offer only commission pay or the promise (not the reality if you read the contract and do the math) of thousands in bonuses.
Of course bonuses and manager experience looks and sounds amazing to the audience at the training "bootcamp" CPS puts on, but no one should buy in. By the sounds of it, the work culture is also completely toxic. Not only have they faced a serious sexual assault claim in the past two years, but they consistently silo female employees into specific roles and ask that HR Managers consider female job applicants as less worthy.
In my training the head of HR word for word told us that "guys are a 3, girls are a 2" when explaining how we should rank applicants based on their appearance.
