Canadian Mental Health Association interview questions

The interview didn’t even happen. I was scheduled for an interview at 11 am and I waited for 30 minutes and the person who was supposed to interview me never called nor responded to my call or email. They ended up calling and leaving me a voicemail an hour later. Big red flag to me, didn’t bother responding back after that.

Not skill focused - did not discuss how my skills matched the position. The questions posed were not relevant to the position. CMHA isn’t looking for skill/knowledge. They hire young applicants that may be fearful or NEED the job.
