Applied as a referred candidate. First round with member of recruitment team (30 mins). Second round with panel of three from recruitment team - included practical exercise and Q&A session lasting 60 mins.

Question 1
Fairly generic questions at both stages. The practical exercise involved assessing a job description for errors, grammar, tone and recommendations for aligning with CBN's approach - seemed subjective and unclear how this could be a primary assessor of a candidate's true ability or add-value.
Remaining Q&A questions were behavioural/situational focused.
