They will send you a link to a online test from criteria corp. (google it) there is a 50 question test you will have 15 minutes to do. It's all pattern, mathematical, and language similes. Has nothing to do with actual written code. They use PHP but expect their workers to be seasoned when it comes cognitive ability tests? A developer could have a decade of experience in software development and could fail this test easily. Cognitive tests do not speak to a candidates experience or unique traits. Cognitive tests can discriminate against candidates who speak english as a secondary language.

Over google which was easy, I had a nice interviewer so didn't feel nervous, No real complaints. Took a bit of time to hear back after I applied but that seems normal lately
