The interviewer went to the waiting room to get me for my interview at 2 o'clock, while I was waiting for my interview. She then sat me down and introduced herself, and asked how I was doing.

the interview process took place in person, i was seated in a office and called inside when it was my turn. i handed in my resume.
overall it took about 5-10 minutes.
I was asked a series of questions about different types of scenarios I would encounter on the position and then had to answer what I would do in these scenarios
