I applied online. I interviewed at Canada Life (Winnipeg, MB) in Feb 2023
Interview
Overall, it was a fairly relaxed online interview that lasted about an hour. The atmosphere was friendly and conversational, and the questions were mainly focused on my experience, problem-solving approach, and how I work with others. I didn't find it overly stressful, and there was enough time to think through my answers.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Canada Life (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2014
Interview
Submitted resume on-line, followed by an over the phone interview, then 1-1 and then a panel. Questions were behavior based. It took over a month to go through the entire process. The panel interviewers were very easy-going which made it easier to answer the questions. After the entire process was over there was no communication to let you know that they decided to go with another candidate - which made the waiting to hear process very long.
