Virtual interview. The guy spent more time praising the CEO than anything else. The tech questions were out dated, made no sense based on the job description. Anyone can google the answer but actual knowing how IT works from an technical perspective and how to troubleshoot is a skill set not everyone has. I think these people asking the questions during an interview don't understand that.

Question 1
I cant remember the exact question but it was related to either how the internet works or IP address. Something along those lines
I applied online. I interviewed at Campus.edu in Apr 2026
Interview
Bizarrely uninteresting phone interview. For a company that is pushing energy, innovation, and customer experience focused….none of that came through even a little. I honestly don’t think the girl even listened or took notes. She spent a few minutes giving her talk track of the company and then spent most of the time rushing to get off the phone. I expected a better candidate experience at minimum. She also mentioned the process would be several (5+) interviews. This job market moves too fast for that.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Campus.edu
Interview
The interview process to be an instructor with Campus was clear and well organized. Although the time between applying and getting hired was almost 2 months, that was partly because I wanted time to prepare for each of the two stages of the interview (conversation with recruiter and then teaching demo).
