I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Campus Advantage (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I was called for an interview a couple of days after submitting my application. The interview was okay. Some generic questions on managerial style, leasing experience, how to interact with college students, salary requirement and etc. informed me they would get back to me by the end of the week in their decision....never received a call back or an email at least letting me know whether I did or did not receive the position. I think it’s important to always let people know where they stand. Just part of being courteous and professional.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Campus Advantage (Reno, NV) in Mar 2015
Interview
Turned in my resume online recieved a call the next from the corporate office. We had a 45 min phone interview which very well i know this because the Hr rep was excited as i was to get me in to the manager to interview for the position . Based on my extensive 20 year career and marketing backgrground we both thought i was an excellent fit. Before hanging up she said the community would be in touch shortly. The next evening i recieved a email stating due to my qualifications they were unable to place me. I was over qualified for the position but was honestly ready to start fresh as the LM. No wonder there is high turn over.
