Interview with the Tech Hiring Manager was cool. They asked about what I have worked with and some not too deep questions about my tech knowledge and expertise. On the contrary, the interview with HR was sub-optimal, was the same length as the tech interview, and the HR questions were deeper than usual, giving the impression that the HR critique has a significant impact on the final outcome. My negative consensus is based on the HR part of the interview, which took longer and was deeper than necessary, and the fact that I didn’t get any news about the outcome, even though I tried to get in touch after some time.

My interview experience was very positive. The process was well-structured, the questions were relevant, and the atmosphere was friendly. The interviewer was professional, respectful, and genuinely interested in getting to know me.

They mainly asked about my previous experience and how I approach problem-solving in real work scenarios, focusing on practical examples rather than theoretical questions.

Very friendly interview it was with head of communications, she was really sweet and I felt comfortable even though they never got back to me, not even with a rejection email. I also emailed them about it, but never heard back.
