After an initial phone screen, flew in for a day of interviews and a demo lesson. Wasn't given much detail about the parameters for the demo, including how much time I had. The lunch was quite a large, firing-squad style round of questions. The energy felt surprisingly adversarial, compared to the typical interview experience at very similar schools.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Campbell Hall (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The interview day is the longest I've experienced to date. You get to meet most of the administrators that run the school as well as the teachers in the department, deans, and students. If you go on a day where there's chapel you will get to see it. Time for a demo lesson is quite short , only 20 minutes, and doesn't allow for much concept development or student interaction.

Question 1
I don't remember exactly what I was asked but it was all straightforward and directly related to my professional background and teaching experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Campbell Hall (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Very long all day affair. But you met all the important stakeholders, did a sample class (which was observed), and also met with students. Seems like a great place to work.
