It's nerve-racking. It's a panel interview. 1 hr personnel and the other 2 are the technical interviewer. Then in the final interview your going to be interviewed by Austalian and Filipino Director.

I've applied on a online job website and after they contacted me to schedule me for a technical exam in their office, exam is online about .NET, SQL and other things related to IT / Programming. They say will update me of the result but no update for 2 weeks now so I just I failed the examination.
