In the first two rounds of interviews, they made it clear I would have to come into the DC office to do the in-person interview. They then attempted to schedule the in-person halfway across the country in their Iowa office. They gave me a 72-hour notice. When I said the interview was supposed to be in DC, the response I got was something like "well our leadership team is in Iowa this week so it would be here." Makes you wonder if they expect you to bend over backwards to attract talent, what would it be like working for them.
