Applyed online to several locations, they emailed that I was interviewing for one specific location with a couple of different times to interview. The interview was on Skype because I live 3hours from the camp applied to. Interview by a student who used to work there, but was going to grad school. It was very casual which made everything easier and stressless. Girl interviewer was very nice and straigh forward. I highley recommend this job if you was a student under parents insurance for pay is low with no benifits.
