Filled out application on camp site. Then had a Phone call. Quick and easy. Similar to most camps. Just filling in gaps to meet minimum word requirements so I can read reviews.
Skype interview that took less than 30 minutes. Very reasonable about rescheduling if a certain time doesn't work out. The interview was quick but easy and very informative about what us expected of you and what the camp requires of their counselors.
The interview process was easy to schedule after initial contact with one of the camp director through back and forth email communication and the interview itself was less than an hour.
