The interview process was very disorganized. After completing all the steps they requested and doing everything on time, the communication stopped completely. They would take long periods to respond and often didn’t follow up when they said they would. It felt like they were not respecting the candidate’s time. The experience was unprofessional and left a negative impression.”
Please improve communication and avoid ghosting candidates. An organized process shows respect for people’s time.”

Interview
The interview process was over Microsoft Teams and I was interviewed by two people. It is very low pressure yet the questions are somewhat difficult. I’d make sure to have a lot of personal anecdotes under my belt for this interview.

Tell us about a time where you stood by a decision you made
They have two people interview you from the company. they tell you what to expect and that they will go back and forth and ask questions, they even tell you that the questions will be a mix of hypothetical and looking for examples of your job history. Once the interview is over they go through a checklist of the job and ask if you have any questions. they will finish with telling you when you can expect a follow up
