Very conversational. The focus is on getting to know each other in a very laidback way. Questions are straightforward, and mostly about relevant experience, interest in the company, passion for industry, etc. Nothing seems like it's a pre-set question being read from an interview template.

Straightforward, but a bit lengthy. Great information about the team and the company provided at every interaction. Honest and transparent in approach. Every interview felt conversational instead of an interview.
