Interview
Interview process consisted of a phone interview and an in person interview. Each interview lasted about an hour. Interview was very casual conversation regarding pervious experience. Much time was spent explaining the company benefit package.

Discussed strengths and weaknesses, previous management experience. Also discussed career goals with emphasis on 5 year goals. Also wanted history of HR experience- terminations, counseling, etc...
