I applied online. I interviewed at CamelBak Products (Petaluma, CA)
Interview
Spoke with several interviewers. Overall straightforward questions, good feedback, then I was completely ghosted. It was a really unfortunate experience for what I thought was a reputable company and seemingly genuinely nice interviewers.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CamelBak Products (Petaluma, CA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Ghosted. Very disappointing as I was not just an applicant but a loyal user of the CamelBak brand. I got rid of my CamelBak products and switched to HydraPak after this experience. Here is how it went - I applied, recruiter immediately contacted me for an interview and was great with communication. I was very excited as I am an ultra runner who recently relocated to Santa Rosa. We had a great conversation over Zoom where I shared my qualifications and excitement for working with a brand I used almost daily. Was told I'd hear back but never did.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CamelBak Products (Petaluma, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Met with operations team. Very professional and friendly group of people.
Interview focused on attention to detail with some interesting questions to assess my abilities.
Communication before interview and after was prompt and kind, I did receive a job offer but it was only a temp to hire position so did not end up taking it.
