The process involved a phone interview, in-person interview with a VP and in-person interview with a Director in order to get invited to final round interviews at their corporate HQ in Houston. At this point, you will spend an entire day interviewing with various VPs and EVPs in the company. You essentially interview with everyone within the segment of the company you are applying for. It seems excessive and rigorous, which maybe it is, but from an interviewee's perspective, it's nice to see the due diligence they perform on each candidate to make sure they're getting the right person.
