Quick and easy. The interviewer pretty much just looked at my resume and stated I was qualified. He asked about previous jobs I held and my duties in them. He then proceeded to tell me what the job I was interviewing for was and rambled on about it for 5-10 minutes. Easiest interview I ever had.

The interview process is easy and the company is willing to hire anyone. Very few questions will be asked and instead you will hear more from the executive director telling you of his own experiences.
