Callaway Resort & Gardens interview questions

Interview with 2 managers in conference room. Getting to know you and your previous employment. They prefer someone who has had call center experience. They did a run down of the facility and what the call volume is on a typical day and then when they are most busy.

Went to a job fair and was offered supervisor position based off resume alone. Asked common interview questions. Attire wasnt a big deal. Offered the job at the job fair but didnt recieve phone call to come to human resources for another two weeks. Then it took another two weeks to start work.
