I applied online. I interviewed at Callahan & Associates in Sept 2017
Interview
I applied online, about two and half weeks later got an email from a recruiter to set up a first round interview. The interview took an hour over the phone, we went through every single detail listed on my resume and asked a couple basic behavior questions. But the recruiter seems have no idea what the job daily tasks are. And about a week and a half later, they send an email about their decision to pursue another candidate for this Jr. industry analyst position, which in the job application it listed as an industry analyst in the first place.

Question 1
Go through each job listed in your resume, also asked what did you learn from your role? etc
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Callahan & Associates (Washington, DC) in Mar 2025
Interview
The first round was a screening. The second round was with the director. The third and final round included both the director and the team. A case study was completed in between. The interviewers were great. I connected well with the team and everyone was very kind. I was a bit confused by the final decision because the positive attitudes and feedback during the process led me to believe I was a strong candidate. If I could offer one piece of feedback, it would be to provide more transparency with candidates throughout the process.
