Applied on website and received an email asking for the best time for a phone call. I had to stay on top of the contact to follow through with a time. Ended up having two phone calls with managers in the sales department which were both productive and positive conversations. After the second call I received an awkward call from the HR contact who didn’t seem to know I had spoke with the second manager and told me a freeze was being put on hiring. Probably worked out for the best because there seem to be several red flags around this organization.
